Żywica, Zdzisław2024-08-012024-08-012008Studia Teologiczno-Historyczne Śląska Opolskiego, 2008, T. 28, s. 217-233.0137-3420http://theo-logos.pl/xmlui/handle/123456789/18743The article is an attempt to literary analyse the speech made by St Paul in Pisidian Antioch, in its contents and form as recorded by Luke in Acts 13,16-41; this consequently leaves aside the historic issues, i.e. the text’s prehistory, the problem of authorship and aspects of historic reality connected with the speech itself, as well as theological considerations of Luke being dependent on Paul. The Author is predominantly interested in the essence of the kerygma about Jesus in this particular speech, made by Paul to Jews gathered in the synagogue and fearful o f God. The analysis of the text indicates that The Apostle heralds Jesus as the Saviour and the Lord, who was resurrected by his Father from the dead, after the religious elites with other inhabitants of Jerusalem had condemned him to death by crucifixion. It was in Him that Jehovah accomplished the justification, i.e. redeeming all the sins of those who believe in Him, because Moses’ Law had lost its power of effective redemption of sins. Both constitute the fulfilment of the promises given to Israel.plAttribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/pl/kerygmatJezus Chrystusewangelizacjamowamowa ewangelizacyjnaPaweł apostołAntiochia PizydyjskaDzieje ApostolskieDz 13Nowy TestamentBibliaPismo Święteanaliza literackamowa ewangelizacyjna św.
