In the first part he shows the philosophical foundations (H-G. Gadamer) and the historical-theological origin of the method that is one more response to the shortcomings of historical-critical studies. In the next point various definitions and formulations of Wirkungsgeschichte are discussed that can be encountered in academic publications, especially written by German exegetes. The article is concluded with a critical evaluation of the approach from the point of view of Catholic hermeneutics and the theological-dogmatic principles formulated in the documents of the Catholic Church (cf. Dei Verbum 12).plAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/pl/hermeneutykahermeneutyka biblijnametodologiametodologia biblijnahistoriaoddziaływanie tekstuhistoria oddziaływania tekstuWirkungsgeschichteBibliaPismo Świętebiblistykainterpretacjainterpretacja Bibliihermeneutyka katolickahermeneuticsbiblical hermeneuticsmethodologybiblical methodologyhistoryinfluence of the texthistory of the influence of the textBiblebiblical studiesinterpretationinterpretation of the BibleCatholic hermeneuticsNowy TestamentNew TestamentHistoria oddziaływania tekstu (Wirkungsgeschichte) a studium Nowego TestamentuHistory of the Influence of the Text (Wirkungsgeschichte) and the Study of the New TestamentArticle
