This is related to every person’s right to be respected in all aspects. The coexistence of people representing different cultures, nations, languages and religions – if it is to take shape – needs to be based on several underlying principles, which the Church’s social teaching refers to as the principles of social life. Of those, in our opinion, the most significant in the context of establishing multicultural societies are the principles of personalism, solidarity, pluralism, tolerance and dialogue. Therefore, if they intend to develop in the spirit of humanism and social order, multicultural societies should consider adoption of the catalogue of social life principles advocated by the Church’s social teaching, since those principles determine the formation of a proper community and allow us to distinguish a real community from an apparent one.plCC-BY-SA - Uznanie autorstwa - Na tych samych warunkachzasady życia społecznegospołeczeństwospołeczeństwo wielokulturowekatolicka nauka społecznazasada personalizmupersonalizmzasada solidarnościsolidarnośćzasada tolerancjitolerancjazasada pluralizmupluralizmzasada dialogudialogżycie społeczneprinciples of social lifesocietymulticultural societyCatholic social teachingprinciple of personalismpersonalismprinciple of solidaritysolidarityprinciple of tolerancetoleranceprinciple of pluralismpluralismprinciple of dialoguedialoguesocial lifeZasady życia społecznego w budowie społeczeństwa wielokulturowego w świetle katolickiej nauki społecznejSocial Life Principles in the Process of Shaping a Multicultural Society from the Perspective of Catholic Social TeachingArticle
