Contemporary catechetic documents draw the reader’s attention to the necessity of making formation of catechists more dynamic. The first step will be checking if the process of forming catechists is well planned; if it is suitable for the specific features of lay people; if it prepares catechists for a dialog with the contemporary culture – and possibly correcting the process. Another challenge is creating place of “catechesis for catechists”, where they will listen to God’s Word, take part in liturgy, discuss moral problems and participate in their own “school of prayer”.plAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/pl/katecheciformacja katechetówformacjawspółczesnośćwspółczesna formacja katechetówteologiateologia pastoralnakatechetykakatechezacatechistsformation of catechistsformationpresentcontemporary formation of catechiststheologycatecheticscatechesisWspółczesna formacja katechetówContemporary Formation of CatechistsArticle
