The final effect of properly progressing process in this field will be the take-over by norms, the role of regulating human behavior, and in effect reaching moral autonomy. Behavior of man is not controlled by simple application of a normative model, but by a complicated process of analyses of information about a situation, about connections with other situations, and about consequences of complying with norms. Creating a cohesive normative set leads to the shaping of a structure composed of elements which mutally support each other. Disturbances, to a fundamental degree, may lead to the „break-up” of a human’s whole normative structure.plAttribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/pl/układ normatywnypsychologiaanalizanormykoherencjaautorytetwartościpsychologyvaluesanalysisnormative setcoherencecohesive normative setauthorityTworzenie się koherentnego układu normatywnegoCreation of a cohesive normative set.
