He emphasises the importance of the space of city to understand correctly this spirituality. By analysis of the practices of devotion he puts it in the rich context of the spiritual tradition of the Churchs of the East and West. The author describes the main forms of the biblical prayer, liturgy, euchari stic adoration and veneration of icon.
