Omówione zostają tu takie zagadnienia, jak: powołanie człowieka darem i zadaniem; dobrze przeżyć dar życia; starość w Biblii; mądrość owocem jesieni życia oraz przygotowanie do wieczności.The author of the article shows the teaching of saint John Paul II on the presence and role of elderly people in the Church and society. Thus the author describes the care of the Pope for people in the autumn of their life. The last stage of life is shown here as a direct preparation for meeting God in eternity.
