Many families in Poland, due to low incomes, are not able to purchase or rent a flat. This state of things forces the state to act in the scope of eliminating barriers to growth of housing resources and create the programmes which support less advantaged citizens in acquiring flats. An attempt in this capacity was to create the Polish Housing Association programme.
