The evolution of the role and the post of the woman implemented disorders of the traditional social layout of the family. At present, when also and the mother is having a career job being a co-breadwinner of the family, roles of men and women are starting fading away, are becoming more and more similar to oneself and relations between parents are becoming much more equivalent and partner. The man and the woman are functional in new conditions, stood up in the face of new tasks, are aspiring to professional and family new objectives.
