Very soon they formed first independent youth organizations, represented at the time by the Student Solidarity Committees (SKS) and the New Poland Movement (RMP). Along with the nascent structures appeared the first press titles published by those groups. After the strikes of August 1980 and the rise of “Solidarity,” the publishing effort of young people intensified, but it reached its peak after the imposition of martial law. The article briefly presents the development of independent publications issued by young people in the years 1977-1990.polCC-BY-ND - Uznanie autorstwa - Bez utworów zależnychmłodzieżowa opozycja w PRLniezależny ruch wydawniczymłodzieżowe wydawnictwa drugiego obieguwydawnictwawydawnictwa młodzieżowemłodzieżniezależna prasa młodzieżowaprasa młodzieżowawydawnictwa podziemnedrugi obieghistoriaPRLkomunizmPolska Rzeczpospolita Ludowayoung people’s opposition in the Polish People’s Republicindependent publishing movementyoung people’s samizdat publicationspublishing housesyouth publishing housesyouthindependent youth pressyouth presssamizdatshistorycommunismPolish People’s RepublicNiezależna prasa młodzieżowa w l. 1977-1990.
