The author shows understanding of the therapeutic relationship typical of psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavior therapy, humanistic currents and Gestalt therapy. He also mentions the results of the study conducted in the period of 2004-2012 oriented on the identification of those factors which significantly influence on the efficiency of the running psychotherapy.
