Domaszk, Arkadiusz2026-04-172026-04-172016Seminare, 2016, Tom 37, nr 3, s. 35-45.1232-8766https://theo-logos.pl/handle/123456789/43568The study presents a discussion on the subject of the Canon Law, which defines the requirements for spiritual directors in seminars and formational religious houses. The study concerns the obligation to respect relevant secrecy of information, discretion, the seal of confession, respecting one’s good name or the right to intimacy as well as the issue of protecting personal data. The seal of confession is respected in the Polish state law. It should be reminded that appropriate discretion is due to the information derived in the course of providing non-sacramental spiritual direction. The director is called to protect the good name and privacy of the people whom he serves. A new challenge in this context is the protection of digital documents and information, as well as the issue of spiritual direction through the Internet. This subject requires further study.polCC-BY-ND - Uznanie autorstwa - Bez utworów zależnychkierownictwo duchowespowiedźzakonnicyalumniprawo kanoniczneseminaria duchownekierownictwo duchowe alumnówkierownictwo duchowe alumnów w prawie kanonicznymkierownictwo duchowe zakonnikówkierownictwo duchowe zakonników w prawie kanonicznymKodeks Prawa Kanonicznegokierownictwo duchowe w prawie kanonicznymsakramentyformacja zakonnaformacja seminaryjnatajemnicazachowanie tajemnicydobre imięintymnośćprawo kościelnespiritual directionconfessionmonksseminarianscanon lawdivinity schoolsspiritual direction of seminariansspiritual direction of seminarians in canon lawspiritual direction of monksspiritual direction of monks in canon lawCode of Canon Lawspiritual direction in canon lawsacramentsmonastic formationseminary formationecclesiastical lawsecrecykeeping a secretgood nameintimacyKierownictwo duchowe alumnów seminariów duchownych i zakonników w prawie kanonicznym (II): Zachowanie tajemnicySpiritual Direction of Seminarists of Theological Seminaries and Religiouses in the Canon Law (II): SecrecyArticle
