He discusses the care of Archbishop for priests of his archdiocese in the spiritual and material dimension. The need to maintain the priestly identity through an adequate spiritual life and fulfilling the duties of service is indicated here. The article also shows the concrete problems which Józef Bilczewski had to face in the context of his responsibility for the clergy.
