Analiza wiersza wydobywa główne wątki teologicznej refleksji Norwida dotyczącej natury Boga, Jego sposobu komunikowania prawdy człowiekowi, przez co odkrywa się prawdę o skończoności człowieka i mocy słowa, które odkrywa perspektywę ludzkiej egzystencji.The article presents a theological interpretation of the poem “Prayer” by Cyprian K Norwid, pointing to the poet’s vision of God’s action in the world and of the meaning of prayer, which is not treated as a list of requests, but as a peculiatr hermeneutic situation, thanks to which a person better understands himself and the world.
