The crime of concubinage was presented in the light of two sentences Roman Rota, which concern the same matter. The analysis of sentences in this matter allows to understand the complex problem, but frstly directs out attention to the fact how important is the joinder of the issue, because legal proceeding and the sentence itself does not have to explain the legal doubts.
