They include The Love of Everlasting Wisdom, A Letter to Friends of the Cross, Mary’s Mystery, A Treatise About the True Devotion to Mary. This makes it possible to discover the full theological plan devised by the French presbyter, priest and folk missionary, first of all known as the originator of Marian slavery. Especially his teaching should be perceived about God’s Wisdom that was revealed in the crucified Jesus Christ. In this context Mary appears as the Masterpiece of Wisdom, which most of all should be contemplated. The Holy Spirit, on the other hand, is shown as the one who introduces a man into this work of God’s communication with people. Attention should be paid to the fact that the sacrament of baptism is taken into consideration in the teaching and formation of Catholics. It should also be noticed that St Louis’ teaching was not always consistent, which can be seen in juxtaposing God’s justice and Mary’s mercy, he also sometimes seems to ascribe to Mary the task of the Holy Spirit that consists in leading one to Jesus.plAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/pl/Ludwik Grignion de Montfortteologia XVII w.teologiaXVII w.mariologiazamysł teologicznyMaryjatheology of 17th centurytheologyMariologytheological intentMaryświęcisaintsZamysł teologiczny św.
