Immediately after the Second World War radically changed the approach to the Catholic Church. Speeches against clergy was not accidental. Binding of a communist state ideology, stood in open conflict with religion and faith. Therefore in the years 1945-1956, a system that destroyed the basic to the enemy, the Catholic Church and its represetatives - the clergy. Criminal law in this case played a major hives. By taking this problem in this article I try to reflect its wider context.
