The issues associated with IVF are permanently raised in parliamentary debates. The discussion in the parliament relates above all to the question who could benefit from the refund of the in vitro fertilization method, and on what basis. A statutory solution to the problem seems remote, if only because in the ruling party itself there are two bills and there is no consensus. However, there is one temporary solution, i.e. a health programme of the Minister of Health: Treatment of Infertility by IVF Method.polCC-BY-ND - Uznanie autorstwa - Bez utworów zależnychin vitroniepłodnośćembrionembrion ludzkidebata parlamentarnaprojekt ustawyspór o in vitroaspekty medyczne in vitroin vitro homologicznein vitro heterologicznesztuczne zapłodnieniezapłodnienie pozaustrojoweprawoParlament RPinfertilityembryoparliamentary debatebillin vitro disputemedical aspects of in vitrohomologous in vitroheterologous in vitroartificial inseminationin vitro fertilizationlawParliament of the Republic of PolandParlamentarny spór o in vitroParliamentary Dispute Over in vitroArticle
