It aims to provide an answer to the question: “Which terms did Drewnowski use in his attempt to express the marital reality in a way that is more modern, which means more accurate, closer to the reader and more coherent with other branches?”. The introduction is followed by a brief presentation of Drewnowski’s view on the relation between sign and reality. The main part contains terminology related to origins, selection, meaning and signification. The end provides conclusions from the previous considerations. Although “The Perfect Marriage” can be regarded as a popular scientific brochure, it is possible to trace some metascientific applications of Drewnowski’s ideas inside, for example the specification of terminology, the expression of and search for analogies, etc. The brochure is a serious attempt to express the marital reality in a more accurate and contemporary manner.plCC-BY-SA - Uznanie autorstwa - Na tych samych warunkachmałżeństwofilozofiateologiaJan Franciszek Drewnowskiteologia Jana Franciszka Drewnowskiegofilozofia Jana Franciszka DrewnowskiegojęzykMałżeństwo doskonałe (dzieło)język dzieła „Małżeństwo doskonałe”analiza językowamarriagephilosophytheologyJan Franciszek Drewnowski’s theologyJan Franciszek Drewnowski’s philosophylanguagePerfect Marriage (work)language of the work ‟The Perfect Marriage”linguistic analysisJęzyk rozważań dotyczących małżeństwa.
