The contact with a single work of culture (here: Herbert’s creation) can be seen as the introduction to the acceptance of faith – its reinforcement, strengthening, deepening and proclaiming. The article shows the all-present and theologically very precious threads; it describes Herbert’s interpretation of tradition, culture and history.
