Work in the Christian sense presupposes the Christianity of man. Without it the Christian dimention of work is impossible, but being actually a Christian work, it in fluences the developlment and perfection of Christian life. Work, participating in God's task of creation and redemption, shows its highest dignity and possibility to promote human devleqpment as far as the level shown in Jesus C hrist. The rank of work results from the function of Christian love. Both Christian perfection and holiness can be ultimately reduced to this function.plAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/pl/teologiatheologydoskonałość chrześcijańskaChristian perfectiondoskonałośćperfectionchrześcijaństwoChristianitypracaworkczłowiekhumanuświęceniesanctificationUrzeczywistnianie doskonałości chrześcijańskiej przez pracęRealization of Christian perfection by workArticle
