In some moments of the personal life of a man, and so in life of the Church this call and the takes is particularly actual and important. The main reason for that is coming near and near the Jubilee of the Year 2000. The personal consciousness and the needs of a man as a human being, and so the community experience of the Church shows without any doubt that the joy coming from that jubilee is the joy in a special way coming from forgiving sins, the joy of conversion. The coming jubilee of the 2000 years from the birth of Christ should be – as John Paul II – „the proper context for the new discovering and the deep of reliving the Sacrament of the Penance in its the deepest sense”. The problem undertaken in this article – the problem of reformation of a sinner – is written in the aspect of preparing to reconciliation of a man with the Lord and with neighbors. In the aspect of this problem there are some more details: 1. The theology of the Sacrament of the Expiation and the Reconciliation. 2. The conversion and the penance in the awareness and in the life of contemporary man. 3. The penance and the reconciliation as the contemporary task in spreading Gospel.polCC-BY-ND - Uznanie autorstwa - Bez utworów zależnychWielki Jubileusz Roku 2000Rok Jubileuszowy 2000sakramentypokutapojednanieprzygotowanie do Roku JubileuszowegosakramentologianawrócenieewangelizacjachrześcijanieGreat Jubilee of the Year 2000Jubilee Year 2000sacramentspenancereconciliationpreparation for the Jubilee YearsacramentologyconversionevangelizationChristiansSakrament pokuty i pojednania w przygotowaniu chrześcijanina do Jubileuszu Roku 2000Article
