Autor ustalił, że na bieżąco o przebiegu walk z bolszewikami pisały „Wiadomości Diecezjalne Podlaskie”. W piśmie tym informowano czytelników o działaniach bp. Henryka Przeździeckiego, który zachęcał księży i ludność do aktywnej obrony. Organizował pomoc dla wojska. W prasie siedleckiej zamieszczano też wspomnienia uczestników walk o niepodległość, w tym również z czasów wojny z bolszewikami. Niewiele informacji znajdujemy na temat walk o granice Polski. Wyjątek stanowi sprawa Górnego Śląska, którym interesował się szczególnie bp Przeździecki.The article presents an analysis of the collection of the Siedlce press regarding the presence of content related to the Polish- Soviet war and the battles over Poland’s borders. The author determined that “Diocesan News Podlasie” wrote about the course of battles with the Bolsheviks. In this letter, readers were informed about the activities of Bishop Henryk Przeździecki, who encouraged priests and people to actively defend themselves. He organized help for the army. In the Siedlce press, there were also memories of participants of the struggles for independence, including those from the time of the war with the Bolsheviks. We find little information about the battles over Poland’s borders.
