The greatest attention to this formation is paid in the directory for priests’ life and ministry Tota Ecclesia i w Ratio fundamentalis institutionis sacerdotalis from 2016. Constant formation of priests should be understood as an extension and completion of seminar formation. These two formations have got the same four dimensions and levels: human, spiritual, intellectual and pastoral. A priest himself is responsible for his formation, but it is also a duty of a bishop and diocesan presbytery. That is why, the proper means should be provided to enable priests permanent formation on the level of diocese. They are together life, different means of spiritual help and all kind of support.plAttribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/pl/teologiadokumenty KościołaMagisterium Kościołaformacjaformacja permanentnakapłaniduchowieństwoprezbiterzybiskupiKościółpomoc duchowaśrodki formacjitheologyformationpermanent formationpresbytersbishopsChurchspiritual helpmeans of formationclergypriesthoodTrwajcie w miłości mojej (J 15, 9).
