The author observes that each divorce suit results from the tragedy of a matrimonial life, though not always from the fault of a spouse. He dedicates his considerations a) to show how the Catholic Church defends the indissolubility of marriage, b) to discuss the problem of these divorced Catholics whose sacramental marriage has not been declared invalid by the Church court, c) to analyze the legal and pastoral situation of these spouses who left their sacramental marriages for living in non-sacramental ones.plCC-BY-NC-ND - Uznanie autorstwa - Użycie niekomercyjne - Bez utworów zależnychCatholic ChurchmarriagedivorcesacramentsKościół katolickimałżeństworozwódsakramentyprawolawprawo kanonicznecanon lawnierozerwalność małżeństwaindissolubility of marriageKościół katolicki wobec rozwodu cywilnegoThe Roman Catholic Church on the Civil DivorceArticle
