It seems the matter of social interpretation of this message still remains wide open. Meanwhile, The Diary and John Paul II’s Encyclical Letter Dives in misericordia as well, which the writings of St. Faustina constitute an unquestionable inspiration, are far from interpreting mercy merely in an ascetic and individual dimension. Both of the texts distinctly encourage broadening the social aspect of the interpretation of mercy, which is the subject of this study. It attempts to look at mercy as a new principle for the life of society and illustrates its practical applications.polCC-BY-ND - Uznanie autorstwa - Bez utworów zależnychmiłosierdziesprawiedliwośćFaustyna Kowalskawezwanie do miłosierdziażycie społecznemiłosierdzie w życiu społecznymkatolicka nauka społecznanauczanie papieskienauczanie społeczne Jana Pawła IInauczanie Jana Pawła IIJan Paweł IIKarol Wojtyładokumenty KościołamercyjusticeFaustina Kowalskacall to mercysocial lifemercy in social lifeCatholic social teachingpapal teachingJohn Paul II’s social teachingJohn Paul II’s teachingJohn Paul IIChurch documentsWezwanie do miłosierdzia w życiu społecznym.
