The first chapter discusses the theological analysis of the pastor’s office and its m inistry from the biblical and evangelical theology perspective. In the final chapter author shows the view of Methodism. The second part presents the practical aspects of the Methodist pastoral m inistry in Poland. The presentation of this matter comes from the analysis of the law and liturgical documents as well as The Book of Discipline in the United Methodist Church. Then the author shows the pastors m inistry as an individual way in the theology of sanctification, and then as a servant leadership in the congregation and the society.
