One can even talk about some kind of feedback between these two disciplines. Without law specifications the new medical activities, for example the transplantations of human heart, could not be put into practice. On the other hand, given the pressure of progress, only legal decision seem to guarantee the preservations of the human dignity in the new kind therapies and experiments taking advantage of contemporary technological knowledge, especially in the genetics field. In this situation it seems especially important, that lawyers, doctors, and specialist in bioethics accept a set of objective moral values that may serve as a kind background knowledge against which all the hard questions may be posed and discussed.plAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/pl/prawo naturalneprawozabiegi medycznemedycynaXXI w.medycyna XXI w.bioetykaprawo pozytywnerozwój biomedycynybiomedycynanatural lawlawmedical treatmentsmedicinemedicine of 21st centurybioethicspositive lawdevelopment of biomedicinebiomedicinePrawo pozytywne a rozwój biomedycynyLaw and the Progress of BiomedicineArticle
