The first part of the paper was an attempt to explain the general concept of “movement”. The thorough analysis of the Catholic Church documents indicated the main Source of the origin of movements and their role in the Church life. The second part of the paper characterized family movements in general. Family movements focus on the deepening of religious and spiritual formation of their family members, as well as on promoting the principles of the Christian family life. In the Church family movements concentrate on constant building of marital love. These are the movements that, by special methods based on the grace of the sacraments and taking account of the differences in male and female mentality, lead to forging spiritual bonds between spouses contributing to constant renewing and deepening of their marital love. The paper listed the most dynamic family movements in Poland. These movements are, inter alia, the answer to the calling of the signs of the times: marital and family crisis, raising children, parenthood, human love and life itself.plCC-BY-SA - Uznanie autorstwa - Na tych samych warunkachruchy rodzinne w Polsceruchy rodzinnerodzinapojęcie ruchuDuch Świętydokumenty Kościołaformacja religijnaformacja duchowamałżeństwoduszpasterstwo rodzindziecimałżonkowieduchowość małżeńskaduchowość rodzinnateologiaduchowośćteologia duchowościteologia pastoralnaruchfamily movements in Polandfamily movementsfamilyconcept of movementHoly SpiritChurch documentsreligious formationspiritual formationmarriagefamily pastoral carechildrenspousesmarital spiritualityfamily spiritualitytheologyspiritualitytheology of spiritualitypastoral theologymovementRuchy rodzinne w PolsceFamily Movements in PolandArticle
