The attempts to introduce the problem of creation into physical theory undertaken among others by P.A.M. Dirac, P. Jordan, F. Hoyle, J. V. Narlikar, are continued by H. Urbantke, K. Philbert, Ch. W. Misner and other's authors. The outline of their theories is followed by ari analysis of epistemoloigical and methodclogical aspeets of new solutions.
