One of the problems was a severe lack of the catechetical materials. In order to respond to the needs, two priests – J. Tomaszewski and F. Gryglewicz elaborated on “Catechism of Catholic Religion”. It was addressed to children preparing to their first confession and communion, and to their confirmation. It was supposed to help them in systematic study of the truths of the faith. In diocese of Częstochowa it was used for passing on faith facts, being an important tool of catechetical work of the local Church.plAttribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/pl/katechizmyKatechizm Religii KatolickiejJan TomaszewskiFranciszek Gryglewiczkatechetykakatechezadiecezjediecezja częstochowskacatechismscatechesisdiocesesKatechizm Religii Katolickiej ks.
