The four parts of the paper embrace a broad panorama of scientific research on the Book of Leviticus. In the first part the author discusses the most important commentaries, especially those written in German and English. Then he summarizes the state of literary research on the mutual relationship of both sources Lev (P – Priestly Source and H – Code of Holiness). And then he discusses the more recent proposals of the literary composition of the Book, pointing to its concentric structure. Finally, he reviews anthropological and strictly theological studies, giving examples of some selected subjects from the Book.plAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Polandhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/pl/stan badańKsięga KapłańskaŹródło KapłańskieKodeks Świętościstruktura koncentrycznabiblistykaPismo ŚwięteStary Testamentstate of researchBook of LeviticusPriestly SourceCode of Holinessconcentric structurebiblical studiesOld TestamentBibleBibliaStan badań nad Księgą KapłańskąThe State of Research on the Book of LeviticusArticle
