People who live in this way want their civil status to be recognized as a private free union bond by the competent authority in law at a State level. This leads to a dangerous state of affairs if one thinks of the social and legal protection of marriage which is recognized as a sacramental bond between a man and a woman. Such legalization of free relationships can destroy the marriage bond and its special character which con only define the rights suitable to spouses. A much bigger problem is the legalization of same-sex unions, because by so doing the necessary difference between sexual partners is obscured, but this difference can never be overcome. Thus the author of this article wants to answer the question as why this is happening and to examine the connection between the plaque of free sexual relationships and ethical liberalism – that means its ideological standpoint which is the concept of gender.plCC-BY-NC-ND - Uznanie autorstwa - Użycie niekomercyjne - Bez utworów zależnychteologiateologia moralnatheologymoral theologymoralnośćetykamoralityethicsgenderrelatywizm etycznyethical relativismpłciowośćseksualnośćsexualitywolne związkifree relationshipsdokumenty Kościoła„Rodzina, małżeństwo i «wolne związki»”“Family, Marriage and «the Free-Relationships»”Wolne związki a ideologia «gender»: zagrożenia relatywizmem etycznym na polu seksualności ludzkiej w świetle dokumentu Papieskiej Rady ds.
