As regards the historical-literary critical aspects of the text Mt 6:9-13 only those the most important ones have been taken into consideration. Basing on the exegesis of invocation and seven petitions of the prayer „Our Father”, the author shows the newness and originality of Christ’s revelation conceming our relation with God.
