It has been declared a relationship between these three examined subjects: The devotion towards the Mother of Mercy has an integral part to the worship of the Devine Mercy. It emphasizes three fundamental facts: 1) The Blessed Mother lived in a particular form of mercy, 2) She assisted Christ in the revelation of mercy to the entire world, 3) The Mother of God transmitting mercy to mankind, brings it closer to us. The Marian piety has its influences in the doctrinal teaching, sacramental-liturgy life and in the apostolate carried out in the Divine Mercy Sanctuary in Cracow-Lagiewniki. This piety could be described as “a discreet and effective presence” of Mary. It has a particular meaning within the devotion to the Divine Mercy.
