Abstrakt
Artide is an attempt of a theoretical study of the reality of religion, and so the life of faith and expression by people who are stigmatized by disabilities, impairments and developmental abnormalities. The author opposes the reductionist view and look at human nature, limited only to the psycho-physical sphere, without taking into account the spiritual space, which is a substrate of spirituality, and therefore the religion itself. The author defines and determines the concept of religion and its components; refers to the basic philosophical and theological thought, recalling a few thinkers and submit represented by these arguments related to human anthropolo gy; indicates “potential intellect” (constituted in each person-entity), the nature of spiritual space that transcends the nature of things outside their own person-entity to the Absolute (God); defines the specific qualities and characteristics of the dynamie process of spiritual development. That argument also aims to support the fundamental assumption (among others postulated by the Catholic pedagogy) about the role of spirituality in the space of a holistic development of the person, regardless of its psycho-somatic limitations. Therefore, the fact that religion and allow it to express, live, should be one of the most important priorities of contemporary theological science, pedagogical, sociological and psychological attitude to the problem of religiosity of a human person.
