Pytania egzystencjalne jako droga do wiary w świetle encykliki „Fides et ratio”

Abstract

The text which is based on the papal encyclical “Fides et ratio” is focused on two main questions. The first one is the problem of reductionism in philosophy touching methodology and fields of interest. Modern philosophy narrowed significantly those fields throwing out of its interest existential questions. The second one is exactly the issue of existential questions and an effort of their classification (in a table). The final existential question leads to the shore of the ocean of faith, to the source of wisdom, which is Jesus Christ revealing to the people the highest God’s name that is – Love.
