Abstract

The violence is a way of influence on men. The current level of material and spiritual development is smaller than potential level of this development. The violence is so the kind of influence, where we find its source, aim and method in which it is possible. All kinds of violence have negative influence on man’s development. They become for his shape with threat and sow bother. Among different forms of violence, to the most dangerous her figures in contemporary world is terrorism, that is policy working terror. The protections before terrorism turn out insufficient, what there are signs of human tragedy. The solution of problem depends mainly from elimination of causes of phenomenon of terrorism, the skilful resolution of conflicts and the observance of the law of the man.
