Pedagogika religii wobec pluralizmu religijnego

Abstract

The article, treating of pedagogy of religion against religious pluralism, con sists of three parts. In the first part the issue of religious pluralism is shown, in the second the search for a definition of religion is presented, and in the third– the possibilities of a glo bal pedagogy of religion – “one world” are pointed to. The author shows the danger that religious pluralism poses to people who believe and profess one religion. The danger consists in a crisis of the faith, or even a loss of it (religious relati vism and syncretism). She defines the properly understood religious pluralism and its degenera tions; she also presents the teaching of the Teaching Authority of the Church on the dialog with non-Christian religions. Then as a serious obstacle in creating pluralist (global) theology of religion she mentions, among others, the lack of one, global definition of religion. Next, analyzing various propositions for pedagogy of religion in relation to religious pluralism, she decidedly states that “ultimately the way to Christians’ unity, to universal solidarity, leads through all Christian Churches getting closer to Christ, until they are fully united with Him”. And she points to Christ as the salutary center to which separated Christian Churches tend from all the directions. The supreme principle that should be followed in this tending towards Christ, who is the Way, Truth and Life – is earnest searching for the truth.Artykuł, traktujący o pedagogice religii wobec pluralizmu religijnego, składa się z trzech części. W pierwszej przybliżono zagadnienie pluralizmu religijnego, w drugiej - zaprezentowano poszukiwania dotyczące definicji religii, a w trzeciej wskazano możliwości globalnej pedagogiki religii - „jeden świat”. Autorka ukazuje niebezpieczeństwo, jakie niesie ze sobą dla ludzi wierzących i wyznających jedną religię pluralizm religijny. Jest nim: kryzys wiary, a nawet jej utrata (relatywizm religijny i synkretyzm). Określa właściwie pojęty pluralizm religijny oraz jego wynaturzenia, a także podaje naukę Urzędu Nauczycielskiego Kościoła na temat dialogu z religiami pozachrześcijańskimi. Następnie, jako poważną przeszkodę w tworzeniu pluralistycznej (globalnej) teologii religii wymienia, między innymi, brak jednej, globalnej definicji religii. Z kolei, analizując różne propozycje dla pedagogiki religii w stosunku do pluralizmu religijnego, zdecydowanie stwierdza, iż „ostatecznie droga do jedności chrześcijan, do uniwersalnej solidarności prowadzi przez zbliżanie się wszystkich Kościołów chrześcijańskich do Chrystusa, aż do pełnego zjednoczenia się z Nim”. I wskazuje na Chrystusa, jako zbawcze centrum, do którego podążają ze wszystkich stron rozdzielone od siebie Kościoły chrześcijańskie. Naczelną zasadą, jaką należy się kierować w tym zdążaniu ku Chrystusowi, który Jest Drogą, Prawdą i Życiem - jest szczere dążenie do poznania prawdy.
