On the ground of an analysis o f some texts and performances made by B. Kierc in The Contemprorary Theatre in Szczecin has been shown the most import ant problem of his stagecraft. An interpretation process is a searching for unswerws Tyree questions: 1. How philosophy o f the meeting (resp. of the dialogue) can be source of an artistic inspirations in the theatrical world? 2. When the culture identyfies with the human being? 3. Who is an actor in the theatre of B.Kierc?
