The article presents the results of empirical studies on young people about their reception of the Sacrament of Penance. Based on its results have been presented content, which should become an integrai part of catechetical preaching aimed at preparing young people to live this sacrament. The last element presents forms of shaping the attitude of penance. The presented content can be a help for catechists to prepare young people for the sacrament of confirmation or leading Youth Groups retreats.
