This obvious Christian interpolation needed some explanation, for neither the person resposible for the final shape of the apocryphon, nor any early Christian writer had commented on it. Up till now this expresssion was usually interpreted as a copist error (Hollander, de Jonge) or simply left with no comment what so ever. The author decided to do a quick research on early Christian literature in order to compare the phrase from TestZab 9, 8 with some christological ideas connected to the holy city in the works of the Church fathers. Few of them: Origen, Hilary of Poitiers and Jerome did write some about Jesus Christ picturing him as New Jerusalem. However, one can hardly prove any impact of TestZab 9, 8 on the thaughts of theses three Church thinkers. It is much more probable that some biblical traditions and early Church teaching together with some ideas of Philo of Alexandria paved way to their christology in the context of Jerusalem. In this context the phrase about Messiah-Jerusalem is rather an isolated one and thus proves to be either a copist error or a deliberate action of one Christian interpolator which has found no understanding in the later Christian thought.Pozycja Coleman A. By singling out three main criteria of time, space and characters the autbor builds a picture of a story in which Luke tells his fellow-believers about reality of Jesus' resurrection. His narrative does not function as a definite prove of the fact of resurrection, but is thought as a kind of encouragement for Christians to meet with livingand resurrected Jesus Christ truly present in the rite of breaking bread.Pozycja E.P. Pierwszy z dwóch hermeneutycznie zależnych aktówMielcarek, Krzysztof (Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, 2019)The paper is a review of the two-volume-work of Michael Wolter. English version of his commentary is a valuable work directed to biblical scholars as well as students and wider groups of readers. The analysis focuses especially on the introduction: i.e. the concept of the commentary, its general structure, both author’s and reader’s identity, as well as the theological vision of the Lukan work. The formal feature of the commentary is also evaluated. The last part of the paper gives few examples of Wolter’s approach toward particular pericopes along with some critical observations concerning minor deficiencies or disputable solutions.Pozycja Geir Otto Holmås, Prayer and Vindication in Luke-Acts. Zapoznana idea świętej przestrzeniMielcarek, Krzysztof (Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, 2010)The article deals with the issue little discussed nowadays, for in comparison to a very popular idea of the history of salvation, biblical geography of salvation is rather neglected. There are of course some very good articles and monographs devoted to the role of the land within biblical tradition, but scholars tend to diminish the significance of the holy space within the Christian experience. However, even though the Holy Land is certainly a less significant factor in Christianity tradition than it is in the Old Testament and in the current Judaism, one cannot separate history from its cultural and geographical setting. Thus contemporary Christian experience must contain its spatial feature and it has to be consciously appreciated.Pozycja Historyczny wymiar Jezusa i Jego Ewangelii. Sześćdziesiąt lat badań biblistów KULMielcarek, Krzysztof (Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II, 2013)The paper contains a history of the biblical research conducted at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin that has dealt with the quest for historical Jesus and with the historical approach to the Gospels. The author gives a broad panorama of the of Polish scholars’ contribution to that topic over the last six decades. Because of his exceptional impact on the Polish scholarship in these matters a distinct place of honour has to be ascribed to Rev. Prof. Józef Kudasiewicz.Pozycja Instytut Nauk Biblijnych KUL. According to the autbor of the third gospel the prophecy of Is 61,1f is related to the event of baptism (see Lk 3,21-22), where Jesus was solemnly enthroned in his office of messianic messenger. By using the Old Testament promise Luke showed his will of highlighting a prophetic feature of Jesus' life with a strong accent on pneumatology. The character of Jesus' mission is not just spoken words. Jesus' proclamation of salvation works always on two complementary levels: words and deeds (see Ac 10,38). In the same way the third evangelist shows the Gospel spreading out in times of church activity and in both cases a very important feature of proclamation is an assistance ofthe Holy Spirit (see Lk 4,18f; 5,17; 6,19; 8,46).Pozycja Język Septuaginty i jego wpływ na autora trzeciej EwangeliiMielcarek, Krzysztof (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 2002)The article deals with issues concerning language and style of LXX and its impact on the New Testament writings and especially on Luke-Acts. Even though establishing of septuagintal text is a very problematical matter, one should view the collection of Greek OT books as a common and relatively homogenous tradition having its own language and style. The language of LXX is apparently present in Luke-Acts on four levels: terminology, phraseology, syntax and style. This is valid not only for special stories as the infant narratives but for the general bulk of lucan work as well. Luke seems to deliberately work on the text to make it alike septuagintal traditions in order to show to the reader that both OT and NT writings belong to the same divine history of salvation.
