Ks. Jan Balicki kładł wielki nacisk na modlitwę, co potwierdzają jego pisma. Jego duchowość i nauczanie w aspekcie modlitwy, mogą być przykładem dla współczesnych kapłanów w rozwoju życia duchowego. Błogosławiony uważał, że modlitwa jest wchodzeniem człowieka w kontakt ze Stwórcą. Podkreślał niejednokrotnie, że dzięki modlitwie oddaje się cześć Bogu, co jest obowiązkiem każdego człowieka, a kapłana w szczególności. Pisząc o istocie modlitwy, nazywał ją „oddechem duszy”, „wzniesieniem ducha do Boga”, „pokarmem posilającym duszę przez łaskę wyproszoną u Boga”, a także „podniesieniem myśli i serca do Boga we wszystkim i wszędzie”. Autor artykułu przypomina za ks. Balickim, że wyjątkową rolę w życiu kapłana odgrywa modlitwa uwielbienia, dziękczynienia, przebłagania i prośby.
Manipulacja jako narzędzie dezinformacji

The study is an attempt to describe the phenomenon of manipulation that occurs in the means of social communication. The author presents definitions of the problem demonstrating the most important aspects of the problem. Then he describes the various techniques of manipulation, indicating their presence in the media space. Finally, he shows the selected ways of defense against manipulation, the use of which can help in the proper reception of media content. It was also emphasized that manipulation present in the media is a disinformation tool in the hands of manipulators. It serves the interests of those who use it, and through its intentional and secretive actions harms the good both to the recipients of press releases, but also to those whose manipulation concerns.

This is a collection of pastoral letters from Bishop Kazimierz Górny to the Diocese of Rzeszów during 1992−2011, which cover the varied roles and tasks of his ministry. In his letters, Bishop Rzeszowski asks for the intercession of Mary for the whole diocese and asks that they imitate Jesus in every action. Topics include the problems of raising children and young people who entrust in the Mother of God and concern for the development of religion in family life. He is grateful for the numerous testimonies of the clergy and their faith. Emphasis is also placed on patriotic values and the importance of the Homeland. He calls for conversion, which should embrace all, thanksgiving for the gift of the Incarnation of the Son of God and Redemption, and encourages sensitivity to the poor, the suffering and the rejected. The Ordinary urges you to listen to the Word of God which brings light and hope and encourages holiness. All the pastoral letters encourage self-esteem and express concern for man, especially those who lose their way in life, are weak and are suffering.

The study presents contraceptive methods that have been shown in the new employee book for the Health Service Workers. These include: the intrauterine device, the RU-486 tablet and the Morning after pill. The author presents the methods paying attention to their impact on the human embryos, as well as on the health and life of the woman who uses them. This paper also presents the position of the Catholic Church, which strongly protects the unborn life. It was clearly stated that morally the use of the discussed methods is negative. The author, quoting the documents of the Church, emphasizes that the contraceptive methods are not acceptable as they might cause intended abortion.
