Popowski, Remigiusz (Wyższe Seminaria Duchowne Towarzystwa Salezjańskiego, 1988)
Twenty Polish Salesians are currently (1987) employed as university teachers. They work at the following institutions: the Catholic University of Lublin (10), the Academy of Catholic Theology in Warsaw (5), the Université Pontificia Salesiana in Rome (4) and the Jagellonian University, Cracow (1). They represent the following fields: catechetics ‒ 3; Biblical studies, moral theology, psychology, musicology and philology (classical and Polish) ‒ two each; theology of spirituality, pastoral theology, Church history, patristics and history of philosophy ‒ one each. Two work as librarians. Most of the twenty also teach at Salesian seminaries.
