This analysis leads to description of criteria for choosing biblical excerpts based on the Church’s teaching and theological reflection. The most important criteria are: fidelity to the history of salvation, christocentricity and the integrity of the biblical message, concluding the Old Testament types announcing people or events in the New Testament. The age of pupils and the context of religious instruction at school (which is different from catechesis) should be taken into account. The last problem the order of biblical excerpts and the indispensable commentary in biblical anthologies and handbooks.Pozycja Gwarancje prawa do wychowania religijno-moralnego w umowach międzynarodowychWarchałowski, Krzysztof (Wyższe Seminarium Duchowne Diecezji Warszawsko-Praskiej, 2001)The analysis of the human rights in international agreements and in concordats leads to conclusion, that the rights to education appear in every documents, and always mean the right of parents to bringing up their children according to their religious beliefs.
