Pozycja Aksjologiczna koncepcja teologii moralnej ks. prof. S. Witka na tle dyskusji posoborowejMroczkowski, Ireneusz (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1989)Pozycja Aksjologiczny model teologii moralnej szczegółowej w projektach ks. prof. Stanisława WitkaNagórny, Janusz (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1989)The paper was written on the basis of a lecture delivered at the symposium held on the occassion of the first anniversary of Fr prof. S. Witek’s death. Fr Witek has not completed his handbook on moral theology and its part concerning particular problems remained only in the sphere of projects. The paper, then, is an attempt to interpret this model on the basis of various statements made by the professor himself: both in his papers and some hints in the published part of his handbook and the arrangement of „Christian Vision of Morality” The paper is also based on lecture notes, including notes made by the professor. A few versions of the supposed arrangement of the handbook have been distinguished here. They prove that this model has always been axiological. The paper attempts to evaluate the professor’s projects in view of postconciliar changes in moral theology. Despite the stated objections and doubts, the professor’s work has been evaluated as a considerable step forward in the development of the Polish theological-moral thought.Pozycja Hierarchia ludzkich wartościSłomka, Walerian (Wydawnictwo Towarzystwa Naukowego Katolickiego Uniwersytetu Lubelskiego, 1989)The author examines the problem of the theory of values and points out the necessity to transcend the errors of psychologism, sociologism or cognitive assumptions in this domain. In his opinion, an integral anthropological view may become a proper basis to work out the theory of values, which theory will be in line with the truth of man. Hence he postulates separation and respect for the values of human nature, human personality and human person. Such a separation and respect for the world of human values will lead to the disclusure of the hierarchy of human values. Man becomes inwardly free and develops properly when he observes this hierarchy. The source of constraint in this sphere is found not in accepting the needs and values proper to human nature or human personality, but in distorting the truth of the hierarchy of the complexity of human being. Consequently, it makes the love for this being distorted.
