I modelli teorici sul temperamento adulto

Abstract

Temperament is considered the most biological and stable part of one’s personality. Cognition and understanding of your own temperament seems to be essential for good functioning in interpersonal relationships. This article analyzes the selected theoretical models of an adult person’s temperament. It presents temperament models developed by such outstanding psychologists as Eysenck, Gray, Zuckerman and Mehrabian. In addition, the article presents the temperament theory of polish researcher Jan Strelau.Temperament uważany jest za najbardziej biologiczną i stabilną część osobowości. Poznanie i zrozumienie własnego temperamentu wydaje się być niezbędne w dobrym funkcjonowaniu w relacjach międzyludzkich. Niniejszy artykuł analizuje wybrane teoretyczne modele temperamentu dorosłego człowieka. Zaprezentowane są w nim modele temperamentu takich wybitnych psychologów, jak Hans J. Eysenck, Jeffrey A. Gray, Marvin Zuckerman czy Albert Mehrabian. Ponadto w artykule przedstawiona jest teoria temperamentalna polskiego badacza Jana Strelaua.
