O natchnieniu, Bożym objawieniu i prawdzie Biblii w duszpasterstwie

Abstract

Artykuł koncentruje się na dokumencie opublikowanym w 2014 roku przez Papieską Komisję Biblijną zatytułowanym Natchnienie i prawda Pisma świętego. Słowo, które od Boga pochodzi i mówi o Bogu, aby zbawić świat. Celem tej publikacji było dotarcie do kapłanów, ludzi studiujących Biblię, a także do wiernych świeckich. Odkrywając prawdę biblijną, każdy może lepiej zrozumieć siebie, stworzenie i Boga. Każdy może solidnie wzrastać w swojej wierze. Według dokumentu Boże natchnienie objawia się nam, gdy czytamy Pismo Święte. Na kartach Biblii możemy spotkać samego Boga. Przesłanie płynące w Biblii wyjaśnia prawdę o Bogu, człowieku, naszym zbawieniu i o świecie. Chociaż zawiera ona pewne elementy nauki czy historii, nie jest źródłem poznania naukowego ani kroniką historycznych faktów. Poza tym musimy zawsze uwzględniać gatunek i styl starożytnych autorów. Dokument może mieć znaczący wpływ na pracę duszpasterską, pomagając ludziom zainteresować się Biblią i znaleźć odpowiedzi na wiele pytań.

The article is focused on the document published in 2014 by the Pontifical Biblical Commission and called: The Inspiration and Truth of Sacred Scripture. The Word that comes from God and speaks of God for the salvation of the world. The purpose of publishing was to reach the priests, the people studying the Bible as well as the laity. By the discovering the biblical truth everybody can understand better oneself, the creation and God. Everybody can concisely grow in one’s faith. According to the document, the Divine inspiration is revealed to us when we read the Holy Scriptures. On the pages of Bible we can meet God himself. The message shared with us in the Bible explains the truth about God, about a man, our salvation and about a world. Even though it has some elements of the science or history, it is not a source of the science knowledge or chronicle of the historic facts. Besides we always have to include the genre and style of the ancient authors. This document can have amazing impact on the pastoral work, helping people to get interested in the Bible and to find the answers for many questions they have about it.
