Wymiar kulturowy formacji liturgicznej

Abstract

Autor artykułu podejmuje refleksję nad problemem odnowienia i ożywienia tradycyjnego związku liturgii i kultury, którego warunkiem wydaje się być odpowiednia formacja liturgiczna współczesnych wiernych. Liturgia rozumiana jako kult oddawany Bogu przez ludzi jest częścią ludzkiej kultury. To liturgia jest szczególnym przykładem inkulturacji chrześcijaństwa, trwającej nieprzerwanie w jego historii. Dziś proces ten wymaga podjęcia nowych wyzwań wobec kryzysu kultury współczesnej, która osłabiła swoje związki z religią. Dzisiejszy człowiek zatracił zdolność rozumienia symbolicznego języka liturgii. Dlatego papież Franciszek w swoim liście Desiderio desideravi wskazuje na potrzebę pogłębionej formacji liturgicznej wiernych. Taka formacja, która pozwoli wiernym na uchwycenie ponadczasowego przesłania liturgii, uzdolni ich także do jej kształtowania z użyciem nowych kodów kulturowych. W ten sposób formacja liturgiczna może spełnić ważną rolę w odnowieniu związku kultury i liturgii, aby liturgia nadal mogła formować i ubogacać kulturę, czerpiąc równocześnie z jej dziedzictwa.

The author of the article reflects on the problem of renewing and reviving the traditional relationship between the liturgy and culture, the condition of which seems to be the appropriate liturgical formation of the contemporary faithful. Liturgy, understood as worship offered to God by people, is part of human culture. It is the liturgy that is a special example of the inculturation of Christianity, which has continued uninterruptedly throughout its history. Today, this process requires taking up new challenges in the face of the crisis of contemporary culture, which has weakened its links with religion. Contemporary man has lost the ability to understand the symbolic language of the liturgy. That is why Pope Francis in his letter Desiderio desideravi points to the need for in-depth liturgical formation of the faithful. Such formation, which will allow the faithful to grasp the timeless message of the liturgy, will also enable them to shape it with the use of new cultural codes. In this way, liturgical formation can play an important role in renewing the link between culture and liturgy, so that the liturgy can continue to form and enrich culture while drawing on its heritage.
