dc.description.abstractThe article takes the reflection in area of popular culture, considering the thriller novel by Artur Górski. A subject of author’s reflection are pragmatic references to historical backgrounds – especially to main character Nicolas Copernicus. Using the elements of image strategies methodology and public relations strategy the author studies the factors which influenced the main character’s creation in this novel. The main character – medieval intellectual – is “modernized” by anthropological and heroic ways.
